Homapet.com – Returns & Refund Policy

At Homapet, we value our customers and want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If something isn’t right, we make returns and exchanges simple while keeping the process transparent.


1. Return Window

You can request a return or exchange within 30 days of delivery. Beyond this period, we cannot guarantee acceptance.


2. Product Condition

·        Items must be in new, unused, and clean condition, free from pet hair, dirt, or stains.

·        Original packaging, tags, and labels must remain intact.

·        Products that appear worn, damaged, or altered after delivery will not qualify.


3. Damaged or Defective Items

·        If your order arrives defective or damaged, please contact us within 3 days of receiving the item.

·        Share clear photos with our team for faster resolution.

·        Once approved, we will send you a replacement at no extra cost.


4. Return & Handling Fees

·        A $3 handling fee will be deducted for each return to cover warehouse processing.

·        If you choose to use a pre-paid return label provided by Homapet, an additional $2 label fee will apply.

·        Shipping charges are non-refundable. If your order was delivered with free shipping, the original shipping cost may be deducted from your refund.


5. Clearance & Sale Items

·        Clearance or promotional items are non-refundable, unless defective.

·        Exchanges may be offered depending on stock availability.


6. High-Value Orders

·        Orders valued at $300 or more are treated as final sale and cannot be returned unless there is a quality issue.


7. Refund Processing

·        Approved refunds are issued back to your original payment method within 7–10 business days after the returned product is inspected.


8. How to Start a Return

To begin the process:

1.     Visit the Returns & Refunds page on Homapet.com.

2.     Or email us at support@homapet.com with your order details.

3.     Our team will provide instructions and a return address.
